Proposed CANPA bylaws change

Proposed bylaw changes on the bottom of page 1 of the CANPA bylaws (see attached) - regarding increasing dues from $25 per year to $35 per year. The increase would help cover expenses for adding membership management features to the CANPA website and credit card payment options, as well as other future CANPA options such as CEU offerings, scholarship and/or travel funds for members. With the website upgrade, dues can be paid on-line at any time of the year. Active membership will continue for 1 full year from the date of payment. These changes will be voted on at the August 12th, 2014 CANPA meeting, however if passed, the dues increase and website changes will not begin until January 2015. Everyone that has paid dues in 2014 will remain an active member of CANPA until December 31, 2014.
