Hello,

My name is Victoria Taylor. I am a student in the FNP Program at the University of Alabama. I am messaging local providers to see if they potentially want to precept me in the Spring Semester from
January 4th to April 14th 2026. I live in Jacksonville AL. I am interested in helping rural and underserved populations in my area. I want to start in primary care and eventually begin an ENP fellowship after I graduate. In this semester I would need 90 clinical hours each for both Women and Children. 

My Goal: As I pursue my journey to becoming a nurse practitioner for underserved populations, I can make a meaningful impact by actively engaging with my community through education, advocacy, and hands-on care. By offering health screenings, health literacy workshops, and addressing gaps in access to care, I can empower individuals to take control of their health. Additionally, by building trust and relationships with underserved groups, I can advocate for policy changes that promote equitable healthcare. My role as a nurse practitioner will enable me to deliver culturally competent care, support preventive efforts, and enhance overall health outcomes in vulnerable populations.
