Position Description

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner with one of the largest healthcare companies in the country!

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Onsite clinic

Employment Type: Temporary (3-month assignment, possible extension)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re seeking a certified Family Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite care at a workplace clinic. This is an immediate need to cover staff leave/PTO. The role focuses primarily on primary care with some urgent care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients
Provide urgent care support as needed
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
Participate in a 2-week onboarding/training program (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Schedule

Up to 36 hours per week
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), Monday to Friday
Flexible days based on clinic needs

Minimum Qualifications

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active DEA license
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNP in a primary care setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
