Nurse Practitioner / PA - Allergy, Madison, AL New

Position Overview:
Alabama Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Care, led by Dr. Le, is actively seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our growing practice. As we expand to meet the increasing needs of our patients, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help provide comprehensive care for those with allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Le, contributing to the continued growth and excellence of patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including health histories and physical examinations. 
- Diagnose and manage conditions related to allergies, asthma, and sinus issues. 
- Provide education and counseling on disease prevention and treatment plans. 
- Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies. 
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care, including referrals and follow-ups. 
- Ensure patient records are maintained with accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. 

Desired Qualifications: 
- Current Nurse Practitioner or PA license in Alabama. 
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program. 
- Prior experience in allergy, asthma, or sinus care preferred but not required.  New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and patient relationship skills. 
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team. 
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.
